Oh my gosh, I have been stung by just one of those (also in Colombia) and it was bad enough that I can not want to imagine 15! My grandmas poured something called “oil” (petroleo) as in gasoline onto the sting, old fashion remedy that actually helped. Better luck in the jungle next time!
