Brilliant, it’s true – for we English people a friend is a friend… introducing a girl who thinks she’s basically your girlfriend as your friend… uf… I can imagine! Best not to give her a title at all! 🙂
What you guys need is more words for it, there is no slow transition from friend state to girlsfriend state. It just happens!
